Trailer brake wiring

I have a 92 f150 with the tow package it has the plug under the dash for the brake box but I have no power at my constant 12v wire. Does anyone have a diagram for this? Also where are the factory wires located under the rear of the truck?

wires should be at rear bumper... as part of the trucks rear lights..
fuse for brake controller and 12 volt power.... also a relay.
