2003 Explorer 4.6

Anyone know of a programmer for the 2003 Explorer with the V8? Or when it will be available?

No. The Explorer (except Sport and Sportrac) from 2002+ use the P-tech computer. It can't be chipped with current chips or programmed with current programmers. It may be a while before you see anything for it because Rangers/Explorers are a small part of the chip market (Mustangs and full-size trucks make up most of the market).
