2003 Explorer remote starter
Both my father and I have remote starters on our Explorers (2000 and 98, respectively) with the PATS. They were installed at the Ford dealer. Both work great (the range does suck on mine but I'm pretty sure the antenna needs adjustment since my father's has a better range with the same unit on his).

check out this website before atempting to install a remote starter
http://www.bulldogsecurity.com/wires2/companylist.asp it will give you the location and color of all the wires you need to find. The only thing that makes a 03 explorer any harder than anything else is the transponder anti-theft system which needs to be bypassed.
