Looks like some of the #'s might be the same for a few years.
Geez Louise, you cannot go by basic part numbers shown in pics to ID what the parts fit.
Just because the basic part numbers are the same, doesn't mean that the parts are the same.
For example, every right front fender from 1928 thru today for ALL FoMoCo vehicles is basic part number 16005.
You need to look up the basic part numbers in the parts catalogs to get the complete part number and its applications.
There are two different widths of Flareside beds, so the 10610 cross member will not be the same for both. This part is also years specific, 1980 will not be the same as 1957.
The basic part number of the front cross member of 1957/96 Styleside beds is 10608. Does this mean that all these cross members are the same? Of course not.
Hay geeze louise yourself, I am NOT saying you can go by the pic for all the part #'s, I am just providing at least pic or 2 of what he is asking about.
Maybe he can get a part# and that might help his search, ever think of that? You should be more interested in helping the OP than worrying about what I did.

I'm concerned about what you did, because when you posted the parts catalog pics, you said some of the #'s might be the same for a few years.
But these are only the basic part numbers and since most members of FTE have no parts catalogs, they don't realize that only basic part numbers are shown in pics.
And, if people ask a question if there's a difference between Styleside and Flareside bed cross members, they forgot to wear their "thinking caps" before they asked.
Anyone can see that the Flareside bed is not as wide as a Styleside bed, so the obvious answer is, no they are not the same.
1957/79: There are two different widths of Flareside beds. The 6 1/2' Flareside tailgate is 49 13/16" long, while the 8' & 9' (1957/72 F350) Flareside bed tailgate is 54 13/16" long.
So, there are two different widths of Flareside bed cross members, but no Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.
mar-k.com reproduces Flareside bed parts, sells them to the general public and to repro parts sellers alike. If people need parts, they should contact them.
btw: You could look up the part numbers, as I seem to recall that Mike burned a copy of his C/D, then sent it to you.
Some of the numbers per cross member in the diagram ARE the same......and I said MIGHT that is disclaimer enough to me that I am not 100% positive/correct.
Meaning here is some pics to get the search ball rolling. I'm out!
I bought a copy of the "64-72" Master Parts and Accessories. This doesn't help for the "79" parts.Does someone have a link to buy the "79" Master CD?
I wondered about cross members being the same because of similar part numbers (pictures) and maybe the center floor sections of the beds were identical between the wheel wells. I thought well maybe the supports only go under this center section.
I am trying to mount the "66" styleside bed to the "79" frame. I thought maybe if I could buy them I could bolt them to the frame and weld the bed to them. Apparently harder than I thought. Again, Thanks for your help.
