proportioning valve help

have a mbm pv2 valve that is set up for front disc and rear drums have a crown vic ifs on a 64 f100 my question is the valve has a port for each front disc they say I can plug one port off and use one line for both hubs(the way I have it plumbed now} but I would like to know what is the best way to
plumb it up
