Hey everybody. I am new to this forum and pretty new to working on this type of truck. I have a 1964 F100 Flare side and have seen a lot about the Crown Vic front end swap. I have a couple questions and I hope you all can help. 1. Do the 03-09 cv's have the same bolt pattern? In not does any year have same bolt pattern? I don't want to change out rear end if I don't have to and i dont want 2 different wheels. 2. Will 15 in wheels work with the cv set Up? I am planning on bagging the truck and want to do it right. Thanks for any help with this..im a newb but I'm excited to get started.

'03/2010 Grand Marquis and '03/2011 Crown Vic's have metric wheels.
Your F100 has 5 lug wheels on a 5.50" bolt circle pattern.
The older (1979/90ish Crown Vic's & Grand Marquis) have 5 lug wheels on a 4.50" bolt circle.
Excepting 1940/48's, there's no car of any year that has the F100's 5.50" bolt circle pattern.
you can take your axels out of your rear end and send them off to get re-drilled to the crown vic pattern and have the same bolt pattern all the way around
good luck

Car, probably not. But Jeep also used that wheel pattern on the CJ series which lasted until 1986. I believe the Dodge D series pickups also used it for a while.
OP, have you looked into the Dakota IFS swap kits from Industrial Chassis? The upfront cost is a good deal more than the CV, but the track width and bolt pattern problems are taken care of.
