Front end swap bolt pattern questions

Front end swap bolt pattern questions
Hello all have finally found an 03 Crown Vic front end to swap into my 1961 F100 the bolt pattern for the new front end is 15 X 7 or 5 X 114.3 (this is what I have been able to find. But I can't seem to find the bolt pattern for my 9 inch rear end anyone have that? Thanks
