1968 E100 Project

Just purchased this solid little E100 and could use some advice for the build. Don't know much about these vans except I really like the styling! I have purchased a rebuilt 300 short-block for the van and am planning on putting it in backed by the original 3 on the tree. The rear axle is a 3.00 so it should work pretty nicely. Any advice on pulling the motors out? I think the best way is through the front end with the rad removed. Any tips or videos would be appreciated. I would also like to know about headers and which ones will work with the vans....... shorties or long-tube..... what brands might fit best and which will work best with which aluminum intake manifolds.
Questions I have are mostly around getting it sitting the way I want. does anyone know who might make a dropped i-beam for the front. I have read that it is different from a truck.... is that true? I was also hoping to put some bigger rims under it. I found a set of new mustang 19 inch wheels that I want to make work. Any ideas how much wheel/tire you can get under these vans without modifying the wheel wells? The specs on these wheels are:
- 19" x 9" wide
- 5 lug, 114mm (4.5") bolt circle
- 45 mm offset
- 172mm backspacing
- 19" x 9.5 wide
- 5 lug, 114mm (4.5") bolt circle
- 52.5 mm offset
- 186mm backspacing
Any advice/ideas would help. I would also like to find some seats for the back. Could anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance.
Tom
