Where that dent is on the front fender it is open on the back side, the easiest way would be to hammer and dolly. If it was in a spot where you didn't have excess to the back of the panel pullers as HIO says would be the way to go.
just watched a couple of how to videos on the stud welder but i do have access to the back(i still will be purchasing a stud welder), i've got dolly and body hammers(never used, just learning), that's going to work, thanks for the info

That bondo needs a good cross hatched base sanded surface so you can father it out into the paint. Then spray with filler primer and re-sand with wet 400. Repeat as needed till your happy with it.
