Front wheel hub
Hi all,
When do front hubs usually wear out? I'm asking because I had my oil changed at Ford Quick Lane and they said there was play and I should replace them.
2012 F-150, XLT Super Crew, 2WD, V6 3.5 Ecoboost with 83,000 miles.

It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to check them yourself.
I would have thought that the shop would have shown you the "play" that they found, and show you.
As that bearing wears, it will start "Growling". I've seen the bearings go well past the 83K that you have and be fine.
