Can I drive my F250 after upgrading from 25 to 50 tank size. The garage cant find anyone to upgrade the computer but I need the truck prior to him findiing someone.
Do you have a diesel or gas? Didn't think the 6.2 was available with a 25 gallon tank. If you have a diesel, you may get more responses asking in the 6.7 section. I don't know if a larger replacement tank is available for us 6.2 owners.
Thanks for the heads up. Yes that's a 6.7D did not know there was a separate section. Hit the "flasher " guy to modify the cpu - works pretty good. Next problem is finding a gas station that does not have a $100 cap on credit card purchase 🤔😂
The tank size only pertains to the Distance to Empty calculations. It does not affect the operation of the truck and you can drive it till you reset the tank size. The dealer can do it or you can buy a Bluetooth or WI-Fi Adapter for the OBDII port and do it yourself with FORScan.

Hit the "Pay inside" button. Usually you can fill the truck without the credit card $75 or $100 limit stopping the pump.
