The tires would cost that but keep in mind that those wheels require spacers. By the time you buy the good spacers, you'll be +~$700. I think some board members have found quality spacers for less, hunt around if they are for you.

Agreed on the $$ for the spacers. Overall, if I could bargain some and keep the wheel+tire+spacer cost under 13-1400, I might do the switch.
