Anybody seen one of these as standard build? or is this a custom bumper build?

That is simply a stock bumper that was cut to fit the two siren speakers, nothing special and not really good for anything but those cast speakers.

Thanks Tom. Figured so. But was curious if they did make these for all emergency vehicles.

No, they are typically done by either the upfitter company that does a full conversion to the vehicle, by the Dept shops on larger city Depts or by the members of smaller Fire Depts , like mine. I have personally modified the bumpers on a few pickups and a Suburban for recessed lights and a siren speaker like was shown.

Armored Ex with 5k miles on CL (NOT MINE....unfortunately)

I've been off the board awhile, hopefully this wasn't already posted as I might be late to the game.

I have a buddy shopping for am Excursion so I thought I'd do a quick search.

This as bad...

I don't know why my copy and pasted link doesn't work.

It's on Portland Oregon CL

I've never seen anything like it, one owner too.

Anyone else seen one?

Interesting rear setting, looks like front row expedition/f150 seats with headrests mounted in 3rd row.

Ummm, 336,000 miles, depending on maintenance, could well be a money pit, or good deal
I will be in E P this week, and can look it over if needed
