Exclamation Please help

I have a 1999 Ford F-150 I am not gettingpower to half of the fuel box fuse box under the dash especially to the fuel pump but I am getting power to the fuse box under the hood what could be my problem

I don't know anything about your specific vehicle, but I suspect that the under dash fusebox itself is defective.

Either that or the wiring leading to it, which would be a lot harder to find.

Your local library might have some good auto reference material online -- Alldata or similar. Usually you have to use the computers in the library to access it. But, there may be some references that show how the fuse box is connected.

Also, you might try posting your question in the section covering your truck. Go to the General section of this forum and search for the section that covers 1999 trucks. Folks there will probably have a lot of practical suggestions.
