No power on under dash fuse box

Question No power on under dash fuse box
No power on under dash fuse box but all power under hood fuse box

Battery still there? Cables? Connected? Connectors or cables corroded? Fuse that feeds the interior fuse box okay?

Seriously, you need to provide relevant details and make (and report) observations, we're not psychic.

all cables are good, power is going to the under hood box. Didn't know there was a fuse under hood box to interior box. Thanks, I'll be checking that

Fuse F103, 50A (probably a maxifuse).

If the fuse is good but there's no power in the CJB (check fuse F1 for convenience), check the heavy tan/black wire that runs from the BJB to the CJB, specifically at the connectors at each fuse box looking for indications of burning or other signs of overheating.

I need help I've got no power to the fuse panel under the dash. But I do have power to the one under the hood.
. I rebuilt the truck from the ground up

I rebuilt the truck from the ground up
The you made an error in your wiring when it was put back together or something is still busted. Did you check the feed from fuse F22 in the BJB? That's the one that supplies ALWAYS HOT power to the CJB. BJB fuses F20 and F21 supply power to the ignition switch.

I got power to the three blocks that go into the cab
I have no idea what that means.
