If the fuse is good but there's no power in the CJB (check fuse F1 for convenience), check the heavy tan/black wire that runs from the BJB to the CJB, specifically at the connectors at each fuse box looking for indications of burning or other signs of overheating.

The you made an error in your wiring when it was put back together or something is still busted. Did you check the feed from fuse F22 in the BJB? That's the one that supplies ALWAYS HOT power to the CJB. BJB fuses F20 and F21 supply power to the ignition switch.
