Question Negative battery cable

Someone at some point in time put the negative battery cable on the intake manifold. I think this is why I have so many electrical issues. Where exactly on the block should this cable go? It's on a 89'460. A good pic would be wonderful!

Off the top of my head I think it bolts to the block down in front of the starter. It might split and bolt to the inner fender by the starter solenoid too. There are a good many ground straps in the engine compartment, you need them all, and an EVTM manual is perfect for this kind of question.
