Ordering 2018 chassis cab camera questions
We are getting ready to order a 2018 450 chassis cab xlt and was wondering what else was needed to order in order to get a backul camera.
theres no options for the camera but i can order the sync 3 display.
will that allow me to use a camera?
will i need to enable it with forscan?

See if you can order the Customer-Placed Trailer Camera (code 65B) and have the dealer put it on the truck itself where you want it. The regular rear camera can't exist on a chassis-cab since it's part of the tailgate handle.

So to you people have ordered through dealers did you get a expected delivery date. Because I have been told they will be still making 19 until mid November because they have 23,000 6spd transmissions they and they all still building 2nd generation 6.7 in there Mexico plant.

when you make the most trucks on the planet, 23000 transmissions is nothing. It will still be paired with the 6.2 gas plus you will have warranty transmissions and warranty 6.7 motors
