wasnt going to pay 130-300 bucks for the factory cluster
i was contemplating aftermarket tach with my new to me f250, but went factory.
I paid about 30 at pick n pull for a factory tach cluster.
Install looks clean though.
Judging from the number of times & reasons I have had to pull the cluster bezel, as well as how bad the plastic is disintegrating along with clips breaking...
Aren't there some warning light in that area, or is that only the diesel? Are the gauges lit up all the time when on, or did you tie them into the dash lights?

Yes, I believe the diesel trucks would have a warning light there, and also if it had an electronic transfer case the buttons for "4x4 high" and "4x4 low" would also be there.
But it will be a blank space with a gas truck that has a manual transfer case.
