Second row head rests
Are there any years and/or trim levels which features headrests for all three rear seats?

My 12 XLT had a headrest for all 3 rear passenger seats. I took the middle one out for better visibility.

My 2013 STX has head rests for all 3 rear seats. I too removed the middle one for better visibility, additionally I fold down the outside ones.

My 2013 F150 FX4 has all three,,,what models don't come with all three?

An 09 XL that I looked at had only the rear outbound two. An 11 at the same dealer (XL) had all three.

Did you look close at the '09? Maybe there's holes there but the owner simply removed (and maybe lost) it.

My '10 just has the two outboard ones and I have not noticed any holes where there was a middle one.

My '12 came with the three. The middle one is now wrapped up in plastic and lives in a storage cabinet.
