Rear Headrests
Hi,
I have the 2- and 3- seatbenches in my '93 ext. My kids are growing out of their child seats and I wonder whether anyone has fitted headrests to the benches. I'd like to avoid getting my passengers whiplashed in case of someone hitting me from the rear...... Any ideas/experience?

never seen head rests on benches in the aerostar or the windstar, no matter what year. only way to get headrests is to get the rear captains chairs, they will go into the middle row or rear row floor holes with no mods needed.

Second row bucket seats have head rests like the front seats. You could try picking up a couple at the junkyard.
otherwise you could try looking into getting a couple Windstar or other mini-van seats and modding them to fit. No Areo came with second and third row bench seats with headrests, heck most cars do no have headrests in the back seat.
