Question on front seats
Do F-150s have adjustable/removeable headrests?

I have a 2000 Expedition with seats that have integral headrests. I'd like to swap if possible.

The head rests in my 2003 F150 Crew cab are removable in both the front and rear seats. I often will remove the passenger front head rest when no one is sitting in the seat. This makes my 3 year old son happy as he can see out the front better.

I'm pretty sure the front seats are interchangeable between this generation of F-150 and the 1st gen of Expedition.
