I just replaced my Intake manifold on my 2001 F150 with a 5.4 Triton and while I was at it I replaced the plugs, coils and fuel injectors. The plugs are getting fire and the fuel injectors are getting fuel but I can't get it to start. Any suggestions please?

If you give it quick spray of starting fluid will it run for a few seconds?
Other wise double check your connections to sensors and make sure that all the vacuum lines are plugged in
Thank you for your reply,
I have checked all the connections at the fuel injectors and coils and all vacuum lines are attached. It tries to start but just wont. It's almost like it is flooded but I don't think so. I will go get some starting fluid and give that a try.
I put all the plugs into coils and grounded them out against the engine block and they all fired. I used a circuit tester and tested all the fuel injectors and the are getting fire. All vacuum lines will only go to certain locations according to the vacuum harness. I just got home from church so I will try the starting fluid tomorrow.
