NEED HELP ON A NO START

I HAVE A 06 F450 IT CRANKS BUT WONT START. SPRAY A LITTLE STARTING FLUID AND IT WILL RUN. I HAVE REPLACE THE FICM, ICP, STC FITTING ON HPOP REPLACE THE DUMMY ORINGS. TESTED ICP I HAVE 0.80 VOLTS. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS????

Did you have the injectors tested for leak-down and contribution? That's the first thing you should probably do man. Hook up with quality scan tool.

Injectors are all showing good on vcm scanner I replaced one injector already

how the fuel pressure fuel filters ect......

at the minimum check to see that you get fuel to the upper fuel bowel it should fill fast

Check this fan clutch wire harness for chaff

How fast should the upper bowl fill up? I am chasing a no start condition as well and with the filter cap and filter removed and KOEO, the bowl filled approximately 1/2 in 2 seconds. Is that in spec?
