EGI education please
so bare with an old guy on this one.
If I coudl find a 90sdonar truck with efi and a manual tranny
eletrically what would i have to kep form donor to make it run in an old 60s truck?
Or is there a much simpler way to get an efi big block in an old dump truck?

If you can find an '89 to '91 truck with a manual the EFI system is pretty much stand alone so you just need the under hood harness from the computer to the engine. The motor will also need a high pressure fuel supply but there are several ways to get that including with a frame mounted electric pump or by swapping in the fuel tank and lines from the donor.
