Luckily coffee is self limiting for me. Too much and I feel terrible. 2 travel cups worth and I'm good for the day.

I feel a lot better today, I broke down and took an anti-inflammatory yesterday and still feeling the effects of it. I have to watch taking them on account of my stomach has a hard time tolerating them now. I have an ulcer that acts up if I take too many of them..
