This is best I can do on a 7.3L with all my CAC, wiring and other stuff in the way. Like I said, You can see everything with the wheel well liner out of the way. Keep in mind, this may be different on 6.8L or a 5.4L

Looking down from the dryer, you can see where the heater hose goes down to a junction for the rear unit.

Here is where the heater hose comes from to go to the previous pic.

Thanks NicMike, that is exactly my setup. I bypassed right there at the mixing valve and all is good. Wondering if the heater/AC core has any value and if the is an Excursion specific sales post somewhere?

Yes, they have value. Same system in the vans and Expys.
