Well, I taked to Ford again and they are gooing to call me back Tuesday evening. I told them how displeased that I was with their responces to me and the lack of responces. I will see what happens Tuesday evening. If this isn't resolved soon, I am going to take a little trip to Michigan, drive into the lobby in Dearborn and say "Can you hear me now??" I ain't happy with you!!

Might work, ya think??

Well, Ford's answer was to take it back to the dealer and let the shop foreman look at it. I went last Friday and he had left right before I got there, so I went back Monday and he had called in sick. I thru a fit because this is 120 miles I have driven and have gotten no results. The service manager came out an felt it. He said that all 5.4's idle this way, as do the 4.6's, but the 4.6's aren't as bad. He took me over to the clean up shop where they were cleaning up a trade in and it was rougher than mine. Of course, they had just reciently cleaned the engine, so I'm sure that is had some water in the coil pack area's. I don't think that this is a very good comparison.
I am going to try to get a second opinion from another dealer I guess. If this is an acceptable vibration/miss for Ford, then I am very dissapointed in there newer products and customer service.
