How are you going to fix it? All I did was change to LED bulbs and put them in
I'm interested in this as well considering mine aren't very bright in the housings I have either. I'm debating retrofitting projector housings with HID as mentioned earlier. I just dont need another project right now.
Led replacement bulbs on headlights are SUPER bright no doubt, but the light just isn't focused like in a standard reflective housing. It just seems to scatter all over the place and fade out, and actual usable light down the road is minimal at best. Looking at them though they are blinding. I guess that's why the best case would be LED in a projector housing.
I put some LEDs in mine, going to take them out. They were supposed to be true high/low but on high, you can't see anything, on low they blind oncoming drivers and I get flashed a lot.
Does anyone know of a brand of LED that really works on high/low? I looked at the bulbs offered by Vanquish Auto, they are around 100 bucks, but I wouldn't buy them unless I knew they really worked.
My housings are fine and I really don't want to replace them.
