Transmission ID Help..
Hello,
I have a 1986 F150 XL. I got it as a project truck to restore. I'm looking to see what transmission it has. I know that it is a manual, and the truck is 4 wheel drive. The door sticker code gives me an "A" under Trans. What tranny is this code for? The engine is a 4.9L straight 6. Everything im looking at is ambiguous. I really appreciate it guys!
