Clutch complications
I just a new clutch in my 96 F350. It was the first clutch I have done in about three years. All went well upon reassembly until I went to start the truck. It had a mild rattling sound like a little chain rattling that sounded like it was coming from the top of the transmission. I shut it off, and proceeded to look underneath. My clutch fork had kicked off of my throughout bearing near as I can tell because my pivot ball popped out of its socket. Any ideas? It was seated tightly. All opinions welcome

Pivot Ball
My pivot ball popped out of my bell housing. I had it seated good and tight when my transmission was out, but after slave cylinder bled it popped back out. I think I have it seated again hopefully to stay this time
