I'm at the point, where I'm ready to install my speedo cable / park brake cable. I'm running a 5.0 / AOD. All my firewall hole's were welded up by the PO. I'm not running stock e-brake, with the exception of the handle. I have a explorer drum rear with exp cable's on the rear, running down the driver side frame rail. I'm also installing the original front e-brake cable. Where did you guy's route your cable's, (not stock). Thanks.

I'm not that far along but I was thinking about using the eBrake pedal and front cable from the explorer. The original eBrake cable runs under the doghouse (transcover) and down the center over the drive shaft. I think the original cable would need modified to attach to 2 rear cables.
Thanks BJ. I have a plan to adapt the original cable to the EXP. I will probably run the e-brake cable due south of the handle. The EXP cable's are on the driver's side frame rail. I'll post some pic's when I get that far. Hopefully soon.
I used a pull handle e brake kit that I found on amazon for about $175. It looks to be exactly like the Lokar systems but for a third of the price. I then just installed it between the bench mount and the door. Making sure I had enough room to reach down and grab it and pull it up.
Then I ran the cable down the outside of the left side of the frame. Looks very clean and neat. Which is something that I'm very big on. I hate cables and wires hanging all over the place.
