New Excursion questions

Got a V10 Excursion yesterday and am excited to be here. I have a couple questions. Exterior is pretty good, couple scratches to take care of and have to sell the tires/rims and get some stock ones. What do you think these rims are worth by the way?
But I'm focusing on the interior first. The carpet isn't great, so I was thinking about redoing it and adding some insulation but I had a second thought maybe I'd just do some nice quality floor mats all around instead. Thoughts?
Then the front seats. I'm thinking of getting them from shopsar.com.
Finally, the cheap wood decor on the front dash. Can I just peel that off and repaint or should I just find a used one?

the wood dash trims id find some used dash parts to swap from a f250/350 could probably even sell that wood trim after if in good condition still as for carpet if you deal with any snow/ water mud that may contain salt id get some floor mats first to avoid the salts and mud from finding its way to the carpet an getting to the insulation an causing rust weather tech has some good ones but are pricey id say ask around for a good brand around here since people from just about every enviromental condition with a point of veiw on here

Agree on those rims, go back to stock.

That's a high quality carpet, consider removing seats and giving it a good wash. Others have had good luck with that method, then cover with mats.

Katzkin seat covers would look good.

My carpet was disgusting, Think kids, dogs, and thousands of mikes of dirt roads... it was bad. I was going to replace it and pulled it out. Once out I figured I would try cleaning it.

I used Purple Power cleaner and a pressure washer in my driveway but you could go to a diy car wash. It turned out pretty amazing.

It takes a couple of days to dry so make sure to pick a good time. Draping it over a saw horse helps it to drain durning he drying process. Fwiw, because you have to remove the seat belts to get the carpet out you may find they are also very dirty, I put the mechanism in a plastic bag and wadded them as well. Good as new.

Any down fall to these wheels? I don't think they are stock but I'm not sure. I think they are 16.5"

Those don't look quite right for stockers, I think that maybe they are 16.5"s, if so, run away! 16.5"s are a dieing tire size with very limited choices these days.
They appear to be wider than the stock 7" and have more dish showing, that's what makes me think not stock.

Also remember that you will Ned 32 new lug nuts to go with stock wheels when you fund them, those tapered seat nuts on there now are for lug centric wheels vs the stock hub centric wheels and the matching flat faced nuts.

Personally, I'd pass on them and keep looking for stockers.

I recently switched to a st of 18" stock wheels from a 2015 F250. There's more information on my journey here

I put Weathertech mats front, middle and full rear. Love them - just take out and hose down. Also have great traction, they don't move around.

I found some stock wheels tonight for $200 and when I was putting them on I noticed something leaking. I don't know if that happened when the tire blew or before but what is that? Sorry for the bad pictures. It was getting dark.
