VIN code help

Looking to buy a '76 F250 Ranger and none of the VIN decoders can find this VIN number. The first 3 letters are "F13". All of the decoders say that this number doesn't exist. Here is a pic of the door tag and the truck.

Did you look it up as per the link in #2? It shows F13 plain as day.

F13 is a a 2 wheel drive pickup (F150) with 3/4 ton suspension and 8 lug wheels.

In 1976, I think they called it a Heavy Half? Not sure though, just what I have seen on google.

No. I get an error message for that link. I can go to Fordification.com, but not .net The .com link is only for '67-'72 trucks.
