Getting this picture with trip A, trip B works fine. Trip A will not reset. Any else have this, if so how do I fix?

Thanks

May not work, but I'd try disconnecting the battery to reboot everything.....you never know

The display is PAUSED. Press the LEFT OK button on steering wheel to un-pause it.

So now I'm curious - How did it pause? I have a 2011 and have never seen it pause anywhere, or give me an option to pause it. Just wondering.

Another Solution - Maybe

This is an amber colored "overlay". I have no idea why it arrived. The "OK to reset button" continued to do it's function though the overlay stayed, unfazed. All the arrow buttons simply navigated away from the Trip A screen to another screen. Only when I pressed the left arrow button about the same time as I pressed the OK button did the amber screen disappear. And now Trip A is back to normal.

Of course, if one were to read the manual - as suggested by my grand daughter - one might get the idea that there is a press and hold of the OK button to reset the Trip A, and just a quick press to invoke the hold button and another quick press to make it go away. Just an afterthought......
