I assume you are not actually moving yet, so this must be the 'reduce clutter before showing' stage???

That's right Bill. The stage is nearly set - need a few days of scrubbing bubbles.

Apparently someone studied the sale price of cluttered vs. staged homes and now I must pay for that coveted top dollar. Just as likely, it's easier for the realtor to sell...

Lol, true. I'm hoping to move into a small house, but then there will be that basement where stuff collects.

I have many boxes of used/unused pieces; electrical, plumbing, hardware, yard, etc.- sure as ****, I'll need it a week after I toss it...

... but then won't be able to find it in less than 30 mins of searching. Oh well, life goes on.

Supposed to make the rooms look bigger, from what I was told. More "Spacious".

Personally, I just thought it was more of a PITA!!

Sean
Sorry to read this that you are about to leave us. Since I bought my Ram Truck, then getting sick and staying in the most expensive hotel in So. Cal. aka Sharps Hospital Chula Vista, I really have not been on the forum that much. I hope have a safe trip.

Thanks man, hang in there at Sharps.

On the bright side, it's been fun using the power washer on windows, patios, furniture!
