There are some used F150 consoles on eBay with the same generation. I wonder if they would work? Still $1000 more than the 850 quoted above. I tried to find the Facebook post mentioned by the other user and couldn’t.

I know this thread is a bit old, but can anyone recommend a good aftermarket console? I really want something with more storage and better use of space. I got an estimate from a company, but it was almost $800. Is there somewhere to get an aftermarket console for less than that?

Edit: if it really costs that much, I'm probably willing to pay it, but I'd like to be sure about what I'm getting. Recommendations are much appreciated.

I googled around a bit and found a company out of Texas that provides big metal consoles for stuff like law enforcement and utility companies. I contacted them and got a quote. They were super helpful, but I'm really hoping to get out for less money than that.They're called Mobile Mounts. I can give you their phone number if you're interested.

That 40-mini console-40 is ridiculous. I am getting ready to order a new company vehicle (XL)and was going to choose it as I will be putting an aftermarket console (PlastixPlus) in. Figured why order the standard center seat/armrest just to remove it and store it. Figured the mini console option would save money....wrong. Invoice on the mini console (cloth) was over 600.00. Ended up going with the standard middle seat/ fold down console for around 300. It’s rare to see the mini console as I believe it is a fleet only option.
