No, she's not a diesel. I wanted gas. Crazy as it sounds. Diesel stinks and they cost too much to maintain and repair. If diesel was still diesel (had the sulfur back in it) it would be worth the headache I guess. This truck only ha 160,000 miles on it and it looks like it only has 6,000.
And as for where I got the wheels......I became a dealer for them. They are $850 a set delivered to your door if anyone is interested. (In the lower 48 states)
The only person you have to justify your preference to is yourself...the truck looks great!
I suspect those tires will grab that pristine front bumper soon, and it doesn't take much to tweak them. I'd hunt another one and cut it for clearance, and store the original somewhere dry. I'll find a better pic of my cut front bumper...most cannot tell it was cut for clearance.
By the way, those modern sized slots are awesome!!
