Help with codes
Before you go chucking parts at it. I would look to make sure you have no vacuum leaks. Make sure you trace the vacuum lines to each connection point on the engine, as you are following the lines make sure there are no breaks or holes in the line and at each point where there is an elbow or tee in the vacuum line make sure those fitting arent cracked or broken A vacuum leak can do all sorts of things to make a truck run rough.
Next thing I would do is check your air filter and make sure it is clean, if its dirty as hell time to change it. if it is okay, then I would go to your MAF sensor and pull it out and clean it. Do NOT use brake cleaner or carburetor cleaner to clean the MAF with you need to buy a cleaner that says it is for cleaning a MAF sensor, if you clean it with anything else you will ending up pooching it. After you clean the MAF let it dry for 15 or 20 minutes then put it back in.
While it is drying it is time for you to check your COP's ( Coil On Plug ) and see if they are good, while your at each cylinder have a look at the fuel injector electrical connection and make sure they are all attached and everything is good with the wiring ( no breaks or chafes) I would also while you are at each cylinder pull each spark plug and check your plugs ( when did you last change your spark plugs? ) repeat each step at each cylinder. A bad cop or spark plug will give you a misfire you need to check spark plug 5's cop and plug and the injector connection at 5 since that is a cylinder that is coming up as a misfire.
I would check those things first before you start chucking parts at it
