It will be important to know more about your truck (Year, SRW/DRW, 2WD/4WD, plow package, etc.) in order for us to be able to answer your question. The 2011+ trucks come with 275/70R18 as the second largest stock size, so your proposed size would fit with no leveling kit. On some of the earlier years, the size may be pushing things a bit, but should fit most of the SDs with a level kit.
