Church skate night last night.
First time in about 18-20 years I put skates on.
Kids had a blast!

Yeah man, I remember when there was one in every town. It brings back some good memories. Life might have been a little harder on us then but I think it was better.

One of my buddies that is 20 years older then I, fell and compound fractured his wrist skating last night, it was nasty, he was in for surgery this morning.

I didnt take any spills.

 

FOOSH injuries are very preventable. Everyone should know how to hit the ground if you fall. Seriously.

I hate that happened. Hope he does ok in surgery and recovery.
