Since Stewart recently had my back on the "wife issue", I propose that we just all keep it quiet and let it slowly fade away.

Hey, if it comes down to it, I'll do what the celebs do and hire a spin doctor who will claim my account was hacked.

But until then, yeah, purging old stuff from the house with her around is like pulling teeth that aren't loose. Lot's of screaming, blood-letting, contorted facial expressions, swearing, and pain. You'd think I was smacking her sunburned bare skin.

You make a man think twice. Ya never know what the heck will go viral, right?

So using some discretion, I've edited the perceived offending post of mine out of the thread.

Mornin' all....starting this Tuesday like

The good news is that my wife has decided the Kia Soul needs to be traded for a 7.3 Excursion due to our growing family. So yes, in true Ford addict fashion, I have already started looking and I am finding some pretty decent ones in and below my price range. Let the fun begin! I cant wait! Might take a month or two to get it all taken care of with evrything else going on, but this is good.

Have a great Tuesday!

Your going from a Kia Soul to an Excursion... That is quite a bit change.

Congrats on the new family member arriving!

Big change, Byron -- from "bug" to "Beast"! Congrats on the upgrade! Sometimes, I miss the one we sold, but as long as I still have my truck, it's not so bad at all!

I saw this yesterday and thought it looks pretty good for 300K miles. I heard it said Excursions are like land, they aren't going to make any more. Then again, they aren't making any 7.3's either.

Well, you actually CAN get a new Excursion, but you have to start with a new Super Duty and then have it customized for an additional $40-60K+. >>> http://www.customautosbytim.com/index.html

When I sold mine a year ago (2003 Eddie Bauer with about 213K miles on its 7.3), after owning it for 7 years and putting 70K miles on it, it sold for about $500 more than I had initially paid for it.
