Lost key

Ok I just got key a 2000 ford expedition. And it was stole with the one key in it one when I tote i5Ibavk it have no key plus no itni5ion so I r3plac3d the ignition cylinder. BBut didn't know about pats system is there anyway to bypass it so I can start it without having to go to dealer to get a new key programmed

No you cannot bypass the PATS. An often less expensive alternative is to call a locksmith. Most of them have the equipment to program in keys and they will come to the vehicle.
