Crank no start

Crank no start
Any help please.
I have a 2005 f-350 6litre.
I had no start, changed FICM and run for 3 days and no start again. Installed new FICM and only got another two days till no start again.
Checked batteries and come up good on load test. Output on FICM is 48 volts at key on and starting.
I have checked wire harness but cannot find broke or chaffed wire.
Any suggestions? I don't have scanguage in truck.
Thanks.

You will NEED something to read sensors from the computer:
Scangauge2
OBD2 blue-tooth reader and APP for your phone/tablet
Otherwise, you we are guessing and having you spend money...
You'll need to verify:
- fuel pressure (not available via PCM/OBD2, I have an external gauge)
- injector control pressure (ICP, IPR)
- FICM Sync (CMP sync also)
- FICM Volts (you read 48v, but it could be 0 now again, I have the FICM Relay fail about 4 years ago would intermittently NOT provide power => no start)
- RPM while cranking (needs to be 120-150, for FICM sync to permit starting)
IT "could" be internal HPOP pump, bad starter, no fuel, improperly connected plug under FICM (from when you worked on it?), etc.
EVERY thing (except Fuel pressure) CAN be read via the OBD2 port - it will help point us/you in the right direction.. without that data,
