67 highboy frame short
I'm finally ready to have my frame shortened to make my highboy a shortbed 1 ton. So I gojust pics from here and everyone says it's 16 inches behind the cab and then 4 inches off the tail of the truck any more advice be appreciated

If you are dead set on this mod, I believe you will also need to upgrade to the 77 - 79 Transfer Case mounted to the Transmission set-up. If you don't do that the rear shaft is going to be too short to do anything but drive onto a trailer.

yea i figured I got do bunch mods on driveshafts it's got the universal tcase in it now I just wana get frame done so I can figure out all that later it's slow project so.
