Factory installed fifth wheel prep

When looking at list of options on window sticker of 2017 F250 if it show option for fifth wheel prep package, does anyone know if this includes the gooseneck hitch? Or just Fifth wheel?
If so, is the gooseneck ball all that needed?

The prep has holes for the fifth wheel hitch along with a hole for the goose neck cylinder and uses the fifth wheel holes for safety chains pucks.

The hitches either 5th wheel or Goose neck are a separate option. They are not included in the prep package.
