Hard to fit my oil filter wrench in that space but I managed
Hopefully this is the correct filter. None of the numbers are the same as the one that came off.
Torque specs for the Fumoto?

According to the Fumoto site:
Valves: F-106, F106N, F106S, F106SX
Thread size: M14-1.5
Torque: 221 in lbs or 18 ft lbs

Supposedly, if you put a vacuum cleaner hose over the oil fill hole it will hold the oil back from coming out the drain plug hole. It helps to turn ON the vacuum cleaner also. I haven't tried this myself.
