KOEO I'm only getting code 11. KOER only code 21 for the ect out of range.
But I may have not had the coolant temp hot enough if thats a possibility. So I tested the harness which has 5v and the sig return has continuity to ground. Put in a good sensor I had just to be sure. Have not re-run the koer test again yet.

Tomorrow morning I'll perform the KOEO and KOER tests again and psot the results to make everything clear.

Engines are easier to diagnose over the internet when all the codes are listed, and in order of test.
KOEO - (O) Self-Test Codes =
KOEO - (C) Continuous Codes =
KOER - (R) Self-Test Codes =

Sometimes a loose or corroded connector will cause that.

KOEO continuous codes: 33, 51, 96

(First) KOER codes: 33, 72, 73
(Second) KOER codes: 33, 42

DId the KOER self test again because I messed up the goose.

For the 33 I pulled off the EGR and applied vacuum and the valve is stuck closed. No exhaust entering the intake.

The 96 I think is from when I was doing the compression test with the key on and the fuel pump relay unplugged.

I almost had to do a third KOER self test because the truck was about to stall out a few times.

The owner needed the truck back. I don't know if I found the exact cause but I did find that the cat was clogged. Quickly removed the insides and reinstalled. Truck didn't stall anymore but still ran pretty bad. Could the clogged exhaust cause buildup on other components causing the rough running? Anyway the owner has the truck and is using it now. I figured some seafoam to clear it out a little. Thank you to everyone who helped me.
