KOEO I'm only getting code 11. KOER only code 21 for the ect out of range.
But I may have not had the coolant temp hot enough if thats a possibility. So I tested the harness which has 5v and the sig return has continuity to ground. Put in a good sensor I had just to be sure. Have not re-run the koer test again yet.
Engines are easier to diagnose over the internet when all the codes are listed, and in order of test.

Sometimes a loose or corroded connector will cause that.
The owner needed the truck back. I don't know if I found the exact cause but I did find that the cat was clogged. Quickly removed the insides and reinstalled. Truck didn't stall anymore but still ran pretty bad. Could the clogged exhaust cause buildup on other components causing the rough running? Anyway the owner has the truck and is using it now. I figured some seafoam to clear it out a little. Thank you to everyone who helped me.
