Yet another no start victim!! HELP!!!

I recently studded and egr delete. Put truck back together, new radiator, all new filters, and FICM repaired and tuned. Go to start truck, I purged the system kept battery charger on battery to make sure all was good. No start after several evening of this. Unplugged ICP even though it is new, still nothing. I thought maybe the IPR had gone as well. Also thinking to my self the starter seemed weak. Tore back into the truck to pull IPR, pulled IPR screen looks good. Pulled the screen off and cleaned inspected needle valve, it looked good as well( no debris). Dash showed oil pressure while cranking so I don't think it's the STC fitting. Could it still be the fitting? Could the starter really been weak and giving me this issue? Truck is an 05 Model.

What's your ICP when cranking, won't start until it reaches 500 psi I believe

If you recently studded, you're in for some serious cranking. There's some science behind it, but things have to seal and come to themselves again. You may have PLENTY of ICP to start the truck, but air within the engine and a few other things need to come to themselves. My buddy just went through this on his 2004 after re-studding it

So keep cranking

Did you fill the hpop rails? I just did a total rebuild. I filled my rails, cranked it for about 30 seconds at the test wire, then it started on the second attempt

I did fill everything with oil and this is my second 6.0 that I have done this too. Just seems like I have cranked a ton on this one already. I am going to look at the starter this week before I take it to a shop. Just don't want to do that due to I have always done all my own work but I am stumped on this one.

Keep cranking...

You had the HPO system open, filling the rails helps, but you're still not out of the woods. There's still a TON of air in the system that needs to be purged.

-Once more, I don't know the science behind it but things have to come together, get flowing back together, and the engine will start properly as it should.

I would also check for codes and make sure you're not throwing codes for the CKP sensor.
