wont start

1995 E-350 Powerstroke.would not start, wouldnt even crank so i replaced the starter... now the engine cranks, but it still will not start. the engine was cranking like the battery was dead, so i charged both of them, and it still will not start. checked the fuses, all looked OK...

any ideas?

Test your batteries. I'll bet they are worn out too. Injectors will not fire below a certain voltage.

both batteries are fairly new. within 2 months.
