Gonna sound dumb but when you say f/e series you mean like f150 and Econoline like right? Just wanting to make sure because I thought there was a fe engine by Ford?

Yes the F Series (pick up trucks) and the E Series (vans)
The 351 HO in these years only came with the Holley 4180 as I seem to recall.
That manifold would cover all the applications trucks and vans of the 351W HO.
If it had a 4180 I am reading through the forums and what Gary posted is the Edelbrock 1405 (which is the manual choke version of the 1406) will bolt on or am I incorrect? I am sorry for so many questions but I don't know Jack didly about carbs my buddy who tunes carbs on dragster engines is supposed to help me tune the carb when I get it all set up right.

The HOLLEY 4180 and EDEL 1405 have the same mounting flange pattern. Where you are going to run into trouble is with the EGR supply port @ the intake carb mounting flange and OEM matching spacer/adapter.
If the manifold is truly marked E6TE 9425-TA then I don't know what it is.
Correction- E6TE 9425-GA
First, because an intake manifold on a Ford is a 9424, not a 9425. Second, because that number doesn't show in the catalog even if it were 9424, as shown below.
If the manifold was from an 84 or 85 it should be marked E4TE 9424-BB. I don't know what a manifold from an 86 would be as I don't see it listed, but I wasn't aware they changed it from 85.
The actual 86/87 listing(s) is shown on PG 4.
Also notice Engineering PN's in Description column for further ID clarification.
E6TE 9424-CB and E6TE 9424-FA
My thought(s)... ... is this manifold may possibly be from a marine application. You might find the correct Service PN by back tracking through the correct period OSI Catalog
ADDENDUM- (Fr) For Second Thought...
Bill (aka ND) said he found E6TZ 9424-C in the PASS CAR CATALOGING and the OP had GOOGLE references to both Marine and van.
This PN may have been used in LT and was superseded at some point also.
This is why it is important to note catalog publication dates as to what was available during that period issue. Usually superscessions will be noted in current cataloging and then deleted in the next issue and that info then entered into the OSI Cataloging.
I'm going to loan them to you, but I want them back...
Otherwise, I'll show up at your door with a WinM1895.
I would rather you show up at my door with them on about Sept 15th, 2017. Save the shipping and attend the GTG.
Anyway, you will get them back. In addition you will get a digitized copy of them in the same format that the HiPo catalog is in. Replete with TSB's and everything else that has been left out of the HiPo catalog but resides on the microfiche. And searchable.

Aunt Blabby and I are discussing this OK GTG in the 7/29 breakfast thread in the SoCal chapter forum.
Blabby suggested we rent a motorhome, but I said forget it, too expensive and the MPG will be terrible.
The only advantage, if we buy anything, it'll fit...if we can get it thru the side door that are usually no wider than found on a "Chic" Sales aka "Here's Johnny."
